Refund policy

At ShopBouji&Rich.Co, we want you to feel confident and fabulous in every piece you order! While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide exchanges for eligible items.

Exchanges Only:

• Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Sale items, accessories, and items marked “final sale” cannot be exchanged.

How to Request an Exchange:

Email us at Shopboujiandrich.co@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the next steps.

Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
• We cover shipping for the exchanged item back to you (U.S. only).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid any issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll take care of it right away.
